Yeah I remember hearing this song ALL THE TIME in the early 2000's. It was everywhere. One of those songs that sticks with you your whole life and brings back memories.

Man.. this song was INESCAPABLE when it came out. Even stations that didn't play EDM put it in rotation. My roommate HATED this song. Fun memories of trolling him by turning up the volume every time it came on. 😈 Payback for him blasting 'Achy Breaky Heart'.

being an Italian band, and being Italian myself, when this song was released it Italy in 1998 at the time , it was literally played every single millisecond on Italian radio to the point it felt unescapable (like how some big songs get very popular) and it got somewhat annoying, I was living between the UK & Italy at the time, so when I moved back to the UK, I though to myself “thank god I don’t have to hear that song again!”….and well you can guess how wrong I was about that! It blew up there too within a couple of weeks of moving back! But yes, I guess you can put this song in the guilty pleasure section!

Thank you for your reaction. It was fun to see Lex get so excited. This song was all over the 90's on repeat for like 5 straight years so Lex didn't even have to hear it from anything specific she could've just heard it everywhere she went for a while.

Great fun reaction. Like others have said, this song was everywhere in 1999. I remember even seeing the video on the screens at the food court in the mall, the screens standing in line for rides at Six Flags....everywhere 😁 "Mambo #5 was another one that was everywhere that same year

For a brief period, this song was EVERYWHERE. Roller rinks, venues, etc. Any place with large crowds. The same exact thing happened with the Mortal Kombat club song.

I was in highschool the first time I heard this song. Some student brought in an Eiffel 65 CD and the teacher let them play it on a stereo while we studied. I was immediately in love with this band.

"It's my first time hearing a song that sounds like that." Euros have to work so hard to penetrate the US market. They have to emulate our sounds and scenes, launch a new scene ("British Invasion", etc.), or make a noise that stands out (and works).

One of my themes to the millennium, along with Willennium by Will Smith! The song came out in late 1999, my god, I was 15 at the time. Now I feel old. I STILL have the single for this song... on CD! Eiffel 65 were an Italian band.

I'm 37 years old. I literally grew up on this song. This is the ONE song that reminds me of the 90s. This song is on my playlist in my car and I hear it at least twice a day. Til this day, this song does to me whatever the heck it's doing to Lex 😂😂😂

In this episode of Brad & Lex, "Childhood!",....Shouted a nostalgia filled Lex with ears ringing from excitement as if being whisked back to a time she sang along in the backseat on a sunny spring-(record skip). BRAD aint havin it. Professionalism is restored and Lex becomes an overfed balloon eager to pop while performing various "bops" such as "double point sways", "shimmy jiggle bopple bops", roof raises", "robotic chops", the "running woman", "jazzy hands", "double lever pulls", "couch bounces" and "air drummy piano keyboard thingees". Lawdy! I took my son when he was 10 on a vacation through Tennessee to visit family❤️ We had a rental car and left this cd in the car when we turned it in. But if you’ve ever been in Tennessee going thru the tunnels, you open the windows and turn it up! He’s 28 now and we still mention how much fun it was!!!

I’m about 3 days in as a new subscriber and loving the channel and content, from what I’ve gathered so far Brad was born in about 1990? And Lex 93? That would make me 7 and 10 years older, I was 16 when this came out and not that fussed on the lyric part but the tune was decent, I was also 15 when Eminem started to get big and at that time/age he was a like nothing else, excellent times!
