Lovely story. Also realized how much of a cat lady I am...lol. everything spoken of I am very familiar. Look like author also a fellow cat lady

I am indeed a cat lady :D And rescue is my favourite breed! I volunteered for several years at my local animal shelter doing cat socializing, which involved handling semi-feral kittens regularly. I like to write what I know about, so cats, dogs and horses make regular appearances in my books!
