Let you suffer? How in the world are you a loving person? And why do you still believe your parents were ever correct in their assement and advice? Please elaborate. And, respond. But do not exaggerate this time. Please think.

@@keithgeiser you can't get it man because you can't relate ....to be a loving person you have to have the correct guidance....your parents probably hide you from this side as a result you never developed any sense....your more likely to put yourself in danger then most..

@@bahhumbug.6156 Like your handle says, bah humbug. Do you honestly think that leaving any living thing suffer is the safest way? I would never want your advice. I'm from Asia. One time we had a video conference with our team in north america and there was a birthday surprise for one of the members there and they sung the happy birthday song. My team in asia were trying our best not to laugh because the beat was so sad it really sounded like a funeral song. in our country we sing it fast and jolly while clapping to the beat then sing it a second time 2x faster. so we thought it was hilarious that they're singing it so sadly 😂

@Mary C Huh? Minor keys aren't hard on most instruments, it's just the 6th mode of a major. If you know your key signatures, it's super easy. Just convert it to major in your head (i.e., if you're playing in a minor, just play in CMaj, but start on A, it's exactly the same thing).

In the Ivory Coast, whenever you report a crime to the police, they will ask you for petrol money-it's the basic. If you're being burglared, they will ask for the numbers of burglars and ask you to neutralize 2/3 of the gang before they arrive. It's sad and funny. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The fire brigade is more efficient though. Ivorians being cheeky will call the fire brigade to take off bee/wasp nest in their house instead of calling pest control (free>labour fees). Où sont mes frères et soeurs du 225 pour valider ?

@Felisha they are working on this issue. they realize it is a thing and happens more often than we are told. the best thing a kid can do is be persistent and to keep calling, then they are forced to be concerned. it just depends on the operator, some are better with children than others. im sorry you had that experience.
@curiousnerdkitteh
@curiousnerdkitteh 4 жыл бұрын
@Felisha That's terrible! Also another reason prank calling emergency numbers is an awful thing for people to do and there should be more awareness raised about this. But I feel that your story is an eye-opener to operators to never give up on a caller in case it's a real emergency. Hopefully people have been better trained since then because that's really tragic! :(
@dinkerz
@dinkerz 4 жыл бұрын
Felisha Maybe that’s why a lot of people now train their kids on what to say. I know a family that has a script posted on the door for their kids to read if they ever have to call 911. And that’s not a judgement on you. I was never trained and I nervous laugh, too. Luckily, I never had any medical emergency when calling 911 when I was young.

Seeing videos of American people get arrested for jaywalking really confuses me. In my country, even when you're about to cross a multi-laned avenue, you just don't go from the crossing. You look left, then right, if there are cars coming you look for a gap/calculate the time they need to reach your spot (or not, if you're a brave one) and just run like you're being chased by some crazy murderer with an axe.

I love the insight Trevor brings to America about what's going on in other parts of the world and helping people understand that their normal is not everyone's normal, since Americans are often ignorant of what's happening on the rest of the planet. You can hear them slip up in news reports sometimes, saying something like "this is the biggest issue in the world right now" when in reality no other country is currently battling that issue.

@Issa Wheeler DUDE I’m an American who believes people can shit on the government if they want to. There was a point in time where the British killed Americans (before they considered independent and Americans) because they spoke out against them and spread anti government propaganda. The British I’m sure believed that they were giving the Americans a good life and thought the people who spoke out against them should be punished. So, when Americans became independent they made sure to include free speech in their laws. People can spread whatever propaganda they want for a reason. America doesn’t ”give” people a better life. People work hard, Make their own damn money, and build their own damn empires here. American law gives you the opportunity to do many things that other countries might not allow, like use of free speech, but people give themselves a better life, or the people around them who care about them do.

All societies are “weird” in one way or another. Many of us in the U.S., especially those who’ve traveled or have lived in culturally diverse cities, have picked up on some of our strange customs and predominant beliefs. And yes, our chickens are way too big. They’ve been genetically modified to grow really fast in a short amount of time. It’s actually pretty cruel, but government and big time ag lobbyists have played a significant role in keeping the public blind regarding where the food comes from (ag-gag laws). People are very detached and it’s frustrating. Overall, the United States is a wonderful country despite its cruel history (as is true with many countries). Things are changing, albeit slowly, but there is progress :)

That's not a "German tongue" but an Afrikaans tongue, which is derived from Dutch. In German, the 'g' in Volkswagen would sound like the "g" in get.

I know it sucks but I had a hard time with Trevor at first. I admit it's because I didn't want to see John go and that's so unfair and stupid. Didn't take long though to get to know Trevor through his content and I'm happy and ashamed to admit how wrong I was. Sorry Trevor and I'm fully on board now. Thank you for all you do and for helping keep me sane during this nightmare
