Yes we Singapore are one of the most expensive in the world. (Malaysia is far far cheaper) here Very normal and standard shops and the same in every mall. Anya,it is not Malaysian Foods do not have identity, you must understand malaysia is diversity country we have many races that make us as malaysian and so as our food, and you need to explore more than nasi goreng and nasi kandar before jump into conclusions that our food not authentic we have 14 states and every state has their own food, we have nasi lemak nasi kerabu nasi dagang etc.. you need 3 or 4 months to explore and understand why we call Malaysia as truly Asia..😅
