@@haileyw178 Ailee's former agency got her blacklisted which hindered her from promoting music to the point she relied on busking performances in order to promote herself. Not sure if that was what OP is referring to but now she is in Ravi's agency hence her being able promote better :)))

Moomoo here, as much as I’m happy with Wheein’s treatment by The L1VE , please don’t forget Ailee, your first artist. She’s very talented and deserves a fair treatment, I have seen less and less from her lately and it worries me for her, her fans, and also for what it means for Wheein’s future. Please take care of ALL your artists, you only have two, so it shouldn’t be that difficult. I hope this is just because the company is new

The lyrics!!!! Its not about love! Its about the ones that have pointed fingers at her and judged her for the way she looks...WoW! No one has had an iconic comeback like this before. That's so powerful, especially if you know all the things she's been through over the last 4 years. She was judged for her body, banned from music shows because she didnt renew her contract, both her parents passed away recently, she's been alone as a solo singer in Korea for so long living away from family who live in the US...what a strong woman 💪🏼

Ailee's voice is angelic and the concept really fits her IMO. I was skeptical when Ailee and Wheein joined the L1VE but if they continue putting out content of this caliber, Ravi will take over the industry for reals. After seeing this I am more excited for Wheein's comeback as well. 에일리씨, 수고했어요! 화이팅!

This is literally the best title track she has dropped in a hot minute. This is such a throwback to her U&I era (my favorite era of Ailee). Powerhouse vocals are back, cinematography and choreography on point, and costume designs are godly. If she doesn't top charts with this song, the system is rigged.

Here’s the thing… this type of song, the jazz-ish kind of vibe is really my favorite. I got into Mamamoo because of that genre of music. Ailee this is a masterpiece… the music video is immaculate. Power vocals, confidence, deep meaning. I love everything abt this comeback

진짜 에일리는 뭔가 자신만의 년도가 있는듯.. 제 생각이지만 2021년 현재의 노래는 아닌것같고 에일리만의 XXXX년도가 있는것같아요 그 세계에서 노래부르는 것 같고 정말 자신만의 세계가 있다는거에 놀랍고 그걸 알게해주는 에일리의 감정, 실력 대단하다고 느낌니다 어디까지나 제 생각!

Also their debut and predebuts songs, Mr. Ambiguous, Piano Man and Don't Be Happy have that jazzy and classy feeling! Moomoos like me are loving Ailee because this is similar (not the same, Ailee has her own colour and vibe 😍, and a distinctive voice), this is a style moomoos love so much too!

Ailee pretty much got screwed over by her old agency. She got blacklisted for 5 years and couldn't be on music shows/ promote. I'm so glad to see Ravi pulling the strings for her return!

@@hessa9504 she basically didn't renew the contract because she wanted to start her own company and they blackballed her. Her promotion schedules after she released her album in 2019 were suddenly canceled and she couldn't go to music shows to promote.

I’m so happy that she came back with a song that isn’t ballad. I just missed her performing with choreo. I also remember when the news came out last pyongyang olympics and the talks where who will perform. I was hpoing it will be CL and/or 2NE1 or Ailee and some people on twitter said that Ailee won’t have a powerful performance because she just sings ballad. They didn’t know that before Ailee dominated ballads, she’s already dominating korea with her upbeat and powerful songs
