Ingredients (3 - 4 servings):
300 g tagliatelle,
cook al dente
olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
green beans, sliced
200 g (7 oz) Datterini tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp tomato paste
250 ml (1 1/4 cups / 8.8 fl oz) heavy cream (30%)
salt and pepper
Herbal mixture
Chili flakes
Pasta water
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well
✅ Serve once you've mixed the sauce with the pasta!

300 g (10.5 oz) tagliatelle pasta (durum wheat)
cook al dente
olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 straws fresh roesmarian, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large Portobello mushroom, diced
a bunch of oyster mushrooms, diced
6-7 mushrooms, sliced
1 packet of mushroom broth
1 glass of dry white wine
Mix well and add to the pan
Let the wine evaporate
salt and pepper
Add pasta water
30 g (1 tbsp) butter
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well
✅ Serve once you've mixed the sauce with the pasta!
✅ Before serving, grate Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
