Recipe 1:
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs
Cut into small pieces as shown in the video
Water
Salt - 1 tsp
Cook until done
Onion - 1 pc.
vegetable oil for frying
Fry for 3 minutes
Minced meat - 500 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Peppers - 1 piece
Tomato paste - 2 tsp
water - 50 ml
Salt - 1 tsp
Dry garlic - 1 tsp / paprika - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Black pepper - to taste.
mix well
Green Onion
Lay it out in layers as shown in the video.
Cheese slices - 8 - 10 pcs
Eggs - 3 pcs
Milk - 125 ml
salt - 1 tsp / oregano - 1 tsp
Cheese - 150 g
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes

@@angietranoris5337 I used Mature Cheese Slices from Aldi (Tesco does the same.) Then just grated some Red Leicester on the top that already had in the fridge. I pretty much followed the exact recipe and it was so lovely we couldn’t believe it!

I don't know what other people call it, but here we call it Shepard's Pie, and it one of my favorites. Sometimes I add green beans in it. Sometimes some other vegetable like carrots, or peas. Definitely a great meal.

I'm guessing you mean cottage pie - beef. Someone said Moussaka. Let's just agree its a lot of cheese, grease, and fat... sort of like a hamburger and fries with egg... or an omelette with potato and beef.

I just made this and its Pretty Good but there's a lot of oregano in this recipe (in the meat And egg mixture...so in total 2 tsp is a little much...Maybe half whatever is going in the egg mix or even in the meat mix too. I also added sliced olives on top of the meat mixture before the cheese. It truly does take the full 20 minutes (or give it a few more min to brown on top) to heat and melt the cheeses. P.S. I used pepper jack cheese to this dish and added a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture. Also i had to boil a few more potatoes for the top because there wasn't a lot to spread around. Just a suggestion - if you use the back of your knife as a scraper when you add your food from the cutting board, your knife blade will stay sharp longer.

This looks so good and the addition of eggs, milk, and more cheese at the end is so unique! I need to try this! Right up my alley….potatoes and crazy amounts of cheese! Lol!
