After 2 turns (so Yusuke can use charge up twice) I unleashed the following sequence to obtain the trophy.
I pooled a ton of strength into Iugo through runes (Runes of the Warrior's Path, Rune of Might Power x2) and the same with Momo but for magic instead (Rune of the Mage's Path, Rune of the Mage's Pinnacle, Rune of High Magic x2).
