Kaifi Azimi is an Urdu Poet, it pained him to see decline of Urdu. That was his reason he returned the Padum Shree award. It is sad to see the Indian rich Urdu heritage force into Hindi.

Bro problem is that in most of schools hindi_A(khitiz)is priscribed and those where sparsh is priscribed there no one wanna do more than what is said...!!

Dekhen, hamen unn ke ache ya bure hone pe koi aitraz nahi hae. kehna ye hae ke taraqi pasand shairon maen Kaifi sab dosri saff ke sapahi thae. Iss baat ko tazhiki na samajhye ke maroof shair, Sahir Ludhanwi - wohi Taj Mehal wale:)- bhi isi dosri saff mae shamil haen. Aisi baat qattan nahi ke ye log kamtar shaer thae, saniha ye ho gaya ke ye log Faiz Ahmed Faiz ke daur mae peda ho gae. Faiz sab ko kha gya!
