Sir please i need your help. I filed RTI to the MS of the hospital i work as doctor, and they refused to give answer quoting according to sub sec 2 (f) i have asked questions and question and information is not same so they will not provide the information. Abhi kya kar sakte h?

Excellent lecture. i fought almost 750 cases of RTI, Now Information Commissioner are violating the RTI act. Now i have submitted 130 cases in High Court. If false information provided or information destroyed then can we file FIR. I got lot of information under RTI and try to expose the Fraud but they fabricated case against me and dismiss me from service. I have given 20 years of life to organisation but the offenders fabricated me in false case. Now i am advocate and i will see them in court of law. (Atrocity Court)

Read this lecture with 2019 amendment....term is now decided by central govt for both cic/sic and salary and allowances are determined by central govt for both cic/sic......rest rti act 2005 is intact.......

Thank you sir RTI Aaj pehli bar pada h lakin apki is class se mujhe ye padne me asani ho gayi h.. RJS me RTI act nhi ata h mera protection officer ka papar h iske liye mujhe ye last me padna pad rah h. Lakin fir apki is class mujhe ye bilkul bhi tuff nhi nahi laga. Thank you Sir..

Thank u thank u thank u so much sir.... I cant express my feelings in words how happy im... The girl who cant even remember one section apne 21 sections yad karwa diye... I just can't believe... Nd after revision i realised tht meko to 1-20 and 24 section ditto sab kuch yad h as if maine mahino tak ratta mara ho... Sir can't express it in words but thank u so much... I couldn't even think of remembering a single section without this video... I to simply skip the section and read the definition in general but... Thnk u sir..❤❤❤
