Her boyfriend was a simple country side fellow and all the mesh shirt and other pompous ambience was to differentiate the two characters. Also, it would be great if you guys learn to pronounce the Indian names and words properly. There are plenty of Americans / westerners who run their channels primarily reacting to Indian contents.
