Mashallah 🤩 One genuine advice bro. This is a thing I started doing recently al hamdulilaah, always drink water sitting, because firstly it’s sunnah, secondly, scientifically it’s healthier for the body and the muscles especially.

Never drink water while standing because you would suffer from indigestion. If you drink water in a standing position, it can cause ulcers and heartburn. The reason is the liquid that you drink ends up splashing in the esophagus which disturbs the sphincter.

Brother if you don’t like having peanut butter by itself if you blended with cooked oatmeal and honey it’s nice and full of protein. You can add water to it when blended if you don’t want it to be too thick.
