I think Kanth'Risa may have wanted to inquire about his current occupation. Thinking is closely linked to one's profession and impacts various aspects of life. It appears that he is working in software development (Too much analytical work). It shapes and structures the thinking process, which can influence all aspects of life. My specific advice for him would be to consider transitioning out of that field into a more straightforward and targeted job. His mind might be better suited for something other than software development . I believe that not all individuals are born with identical potential. Regrettably, the current education system tends to channel everyone in the same direction, leading to such professions with increased pressure, comparisons, and stress. This results in individuals acquiring superficial knowledge from various sources and misapplying it with excessive logical analysis.
