In my son's chart, there is a parivartan yoga between Sun (Placed in 7th house Makar rasi) and Saturn (Placed in 2nd house in Simha Rasi) for Kark Lagna. But saturn is retrograde. Will it still be considered an exchange or not and how will it work? If Saturn is considered to be in lagna and saturn is ascepting Sun? Will he become a politician?

I think we must consider speed of the planet - for example a retro planet is about to slow down before getting direct. We should check its speed and than decide the impact of retrogression. For example I am born in mid June where Saturn and Jupiter both are retro but speed is currently at 0 and they are about to get direct. So naturally if someone was born in mid may the speed of Retro Saturn and Jupiter is quite high. This is going to make a big Impact. Also, I have seen many astrologers don't consider the one key concept of Parahsari - Isht phala and Kasht phala. If IP > KP I have found planets bring positive result during their transit and Dasha. So applying these concepts in Nadi I have found results vary. You may also consider testing them in various charts. For speed related things you may use Jagannath Hora saftware.

Hemraj ji if there is say exchange between venus and sun and originally sun was sitting with mars Mercury in libra .. then using bnn if we have to predict nature of a woman using venus sign and combination as you have taught on several occasions in past , should we treat it as venus mars mercury combination in libra and predict her nature accordingly...
