@77and That is exactly why sometimes people get involved in serious accidents. The safety points are ALSO in bad condition so you can hook up to make it a bit safer trip, but you are not sure if it will hold you. Without any hooking up this is idiot-work, with it it will be just pretty dangerous. Please hook up, if you go, or you wanna risk to make people do a dangerous recovery of your body.... It must be absolutely stunning though!

@druigy1 Yes. There are 2 broken sections you need to get across but after that you can just walk. The whole thing can be walked 'unhooked', just depends how lucky you feel.

managed to get up there july 12 did both canyons,amazing day ,great vivid by the way i thought the upper canyon was more interesting than the lower one especially abseiling in by the locked door......

Not sure which dam bit you mean but the 1st time I went we came across the hanging basket brackets by the railway tunnels and traversed just the 1st canyon and abseiled off back where we saturated by the railway tunnel entrance,this yr we started at the end of your video by abseiling in down to the end of the path where the door that's blocked up is,if you climb out there you come to a dam and a 1km walk that takes you to a tunnel about 1/2km long and into a almost beach type area and a cafe/ta
