Me párese q es un delito filmar o sacar foto a una persona sin su autorización, si te dise la cara no ya esta , no tienes q preguntar por que es por q no quiere , aun delincuente lo puedes filmar por un delito grave , por algo los famosos cobran derecho de imagen,
