For those wondering, essentially he's laughing because he was tasked at a job to clean pans by letting them be cleaned in the ocean (he worked at a restaurant on the beach) by the salt water, and having them all tied together and to posts. The laughing is because when he got back the next day the tide had come in and all but one of the expensive pans were gone Oops
