Elan Valley & Claerwen Roughstuff Part 3 | Claerwen Dam, beginning the bridleway, bike falls apart!

2 ай бұрынJoin me for the beginning of the action. I climb up the side of Claerwen Dam and begin the bridleway over to Strata Florida. Also I talk about the history of the dam and how I avoid getting lost! The Wombat and my electronics also seem to be wearing a bit thin, so I'm wondering what else will break, though it doesn't dampen my spirits!

Look up Alyn Wallace, passed away two months ago aged 34, a fantastic Astro Photographer, he has some amazing photos of the dams, well worth a look, his photography was world class

I had heard of him, was very shocked when he died, loved his work. He was the main inspiration for me to start trying astro photography

@@wombatting96 was a shock, did one of his courses at the mountain centre in Libanus about 6 years ago, I need to get out more and do Astro Photography, he moved to Turkey, from Pontypridd, which is about 7 miles from me, he was being treated for leukaemia, he had an operation for gallstones and died from complications, miss his monthly videos
