Let's be real, the only thing Operation Hazard (aka DMZ) lacks is proximity voip. That thing alone will detach the usual extraction shooter trope with just kill and extract only premise. As for content creators, this is also a win for them as they can make funny interactions with others as well.

Really excited for Delta Force especially the extraction mode. I hope they copy what made DMZ great and make it their own. Squad fill and assimilation, proximity chat, and be accessible for the casual player.

I haven't paid for COD since they discontinued DMZ. I won't start paying until they bring it back....or something similar that's better

Fortnite killed COD idenity. Delta force is closer to a battlefield competitor. XDefiant is going take COD multiplayer player base as more maps stack up.

Yeah they should be accountable and considered the community and their opinion and feedback so I have no clue what this Activision team is thinking somebody makes too much money to make these decisions

I can’t say this will kill CoD, however this could be the “Palworld to their Pokémon”! Nintendo had a hell of a wake up call when their player base switched over to “the Pokémon game they’d been crying out for”. Now I know Palworld was a flash in the pan, but it shook Nintendo’s enough to put some effort into their next gen of games so that being said, this could wake the CoD devs up to make a better product rather than just crappy cosmetics

100% clap, it's really disappointing if DMZ gets dumped. I won't be purchasing another COD until. One door closes another opens, obviously creators and investors see the need and are willing to develop. Surly DMZ could be a stand alone unit. As if it wouldn't work. So much potential lost.

I'm definitely going to give it a try. Looks good. I'll also give bo6 a shot but I'm not really excited about it since it's just another cod. Also it seems like the new movement mechanics are just gonna give mouse and key even more of an edge over controller which is already an annoying issue

After playing a lot of Battlebit Remastered i'll say that this game needs to have at least 50 VS 50 in the Conquest Mode.

You're going to think I'm exaggerating, but a gun license is very important to me. It's like racing games, you want to drive a licensed car like a Dodge Viper and not a Banshee.I hate these licenses that bring rabbits and frogs as operators and some musicians that don't fit into the setting of War at all ...

I agree with you on how bad COD has gotten. The last COD game that I enjoyed playing online was the original Black Ops. The original MW2 was really good as well, and the campaign for that was my favorite. Since the original MW3, I haven't fully enjoyed any COD game except DMZ, which was my first extraction shooter that I played. I'm looking forward to Delta Force putting COD down a few notches.

I’m new to the gaming world I’ve only been playing for about 5 years and when Warzone 2.0 came out I played like couple matches and then found DMZ and never looked back went and played maybe two or three matches of br I like DMZ 🎮🤘💀

Wait till you get into the missions/ personal upgrades. The progression in DMZ is still unmatched by any other extraction mode. Let alone most multiplayer games in general.

Cod is always going to have fans because of the nostalgia factor. However I do think if a well enough developed game comes along it will hurt them. But it would take years of well developed games to truly dethrone them. Plenty of games have been well made fps games and lost because of consistency

if they dont copy dmz and add something on top of that nothing will be a dmz killer. this game seems nice, i really dont like the inventory part that is like tarkov, i really like everything dmz has but i won't buy any other call of duty that doesn't have dmz mode in

If other FPS games can get the movement feel like COD that would be huge leap right direction… played several other games and that’s been my biggest issue is how other games movement mechanics and responsiveness is not close to COD or even Battlefield

Too much 420 and kid crap on COD. Nothing says cringe like games promoting 420. To me it's the cringe equivalent to the Jack Daniels or Budweiser mirrors you would see as carnival game prizes back in the 80's.

They died because of all the cheats. I still fly in BFV. I play DMZ COD as well. But the anti armor rounds for the 1 shot shotguns, the rgls, the underbarrel glitches .. all that crap is ruining the best FPS game I've tried lately. I still stream and have fun with my friends on DMZ though. It is what it is. Not every lobby is cheats. I just got the 4070 today replacing my 2070, so I'm more excited now! Lol I didn't care for BF2042. BF4 was more fun!

Ive always been more about battlefield games over cod games. I stopped playing cod games years abmgo when they started running on walls then came back with warzone. Although bf2042 is ok. But dmz is my current favorite. So whoever comes out with something like dmz is gonna win me over

BF fucked up 2042 because they tried to be crappy cod BF3 and BF4 are the best.

Far more players play Call of Duty with controllers than they do MNK. Until games decide to cater to the Controller crowd they will never surpass Call of Duty in anything (other than, you know, quality).
