Hi lovely Noodles! 🥰
A few months ago I started streaming Elden Ring after kindly being gifted the game by one of you on Thronegifts. 😊 I can't thank you enough, it was so generous of you!!! I decided to livestream the games and turn the VODs into shorter stream highlights to keep you all entertained and so you don't have to deal with my insane noobiness throughout this Let's Play. 🤓
This is my first ever experience with a Souls game, so please be kind to me. I literally have no clue what's going on haha! 😅😅

Thank goodness they added that tooltip. I've watched so many let's players skip the tutorial and then spend the next 50 episodes trying to figure out the game's basic controls...

Love seeing more people getting in these games. FromSoft is the only gaming company that truly deserves it Miyazaki is a genius. Small tip I’m sure you’ll get it. When I first started playing them (ds3) I wouldn’t lock on once I figured out to always lock in and that to not be greedy it started to really click with me. Good luck can’t wait to see your journey throu the lands between!

Welcome to the Souls games! As a veteran of the game, it's always very interesting to me to watch blind playthroughs. Therefore, subscribed in anticipation for the journey. Allow me to get you some spoiler-free advice: 1) read the descriptions of the items. You see, the popularity of Souls games originates not from "haha game hard af", otherwise - it wouldn't be different from something like Cuphead. The true secret of these games lies within their unique treatment of lore. The game treats you as intelligent enough to solve the puzzle that is the lore with the pieces of item descriptions. 2) Be as curious as possible. Souls games greatly reward the curious players with a little bit of something, be it a cool weapon, a useful spell, etc. Illusionary walls are a thing in Elden Ring, just like in all other games, so - good luck on your exploration. 3) NEVER, EVER GET GREEDY DURING A BOSSFIGHT. This one you'll learn on your ownafter multiple tries trying to beat a challrnging boss. But this is the rule painted with blood of so many newcomers. Try to burn it into your brain before you contribute to the aforementioned. With that being said, good luck on your journey!

hi! just a quick tip that's pretty important for playing the souls games: NPCs often have more to say to you beyond talking to them once. make sure you keep talking to them until they run out of new things to say! good luck with this game! it's challenging but very rewarding :)

10:30 Nope, not a trap. That's how you can easily farm for runes. The Confessor starts with high faith and low intelligence - this means at least in the beginning sorceries will be of no use to you since they're intelligence based. Incantations on the other hand are faith based - the spells aou already have are incantations. However - in Elden Ring you can level up everything you want, so if you want to become a sorcerer even though you started as a Faith or Melee character you can do that - it will only take some extra levels to get your intelligence up to speed at the cost of the other attributes. 21:00 Only if you want to. Elden Ring is a true Open World game which means you can go wherever you want, explore whatever you want and fight whomever you want at any given time. There are of course areas locked that cannot be reached until you progressed certain storylines or accomplished certain things, but in general you have total freedom of what to do. That said - exploring in Elden Ring is very rewarding because there's always something to discover. 26:24 Well....that depends on how thoroughly you explore the land and if you try to defeat all bosses. Most bosses in the game are optional; only 11 out of 166 bosses are mandatory. Certain other bosses are necessary to unlock other endings or complete certain questlines, however these are not mandatory to finish a playthrough. Other bosses are entirely optional; some of the hardest bosses in the game fall into this category. Let's assume that you explore as much as possible and fight as many bosses as you can....I say you die at least 1000 times.

It's super cool to see streamers just now playing ER for their first time. ER is such a great game! I still play it myself today (NG+6). I also want to play through the game with all classes, I have four left to do.

You English accent is incredible. I was trying to work out whether or not you were an English native for the first minute of the video. I've just read your channel description, and though I'm not sure how long you've been living in London for, it's very impressive how well you've picked up the accent in a short period of time.

Aw thank you very much, that is such a nice compliment! I'm actually from Belgium but I moved to the UK when I was 18 so I have lived here for 7 years now! Can't believe how fast time has gone. Believe me the accent comes through quite often haha, people often can't place it here. But thank you!
