@@Guardian_Arias I'm fairly new to souls franchise but even I made sure to level up my vigor to at least 60 in my first game and then slap erdtree's favor +2 and radagon's sorseal on top of it

@@tescobakery1927 Radagon's sorseal makes you take way more damage, not worth it for the health. Even more so if you have 60 vigor, +5 vigor gives you 30~ hp which is nothing.

@@strangeatlas835 it's better the lower level you are. The extra levels give a Defense boost, which makes up for the Absorption penalty. The penalty is mainly there just so it's not as good as actually gaining 20 levels, but it's definitely worth it early game. As you level up the Defense boost is less notable due to diminishing returns, but the Absorption penalty stays the same.

They're only bad because people instinctually run away from them and they're faster than you so they just peck the crap out of you till you die. If you roll towards them and attack they're relatively easy. Just keep rolling towards their feet and attacking.

That's why I play souls series like I was in it. Like, would I really do fight dragonlord who will spam red lighting on me while Im definitely inexperience? I prefer levelling first...

Yeah I mean I applaud people for doing that kind of challenge, IF they can handle it, but if you can’t, you don’t get to bitch and moan and scream and get pissed about if and or when you die partaking in said challenge you chose to take on. The Lesser Runebears, for example, can often still shred you at meta level. Definitely shouldn’t be being taken on by an obvious scrub and or player inexperienced to the fight, especially not at a really low level like that. Come to think of it, it’s weird that there’s only one Runebear in the game, it’s in Earthbore cave in Weeping Peninsula, and the rest of them outside of the cave are Lesser Runebears, despite the fact that the Lesser ones get up to be far stronger that the full-grown one in that cave, the further into the game you go.

They wanted a challenging game. So they did the hard way. While there an easy way by using all other item and option given to make thing easier.

Good farming place tho

A while back I helped maybe 30 people on that fight using it, if the timing lines up you can kill him before he teleports. For some reason you can hit him while he's floating into the sky, and for a bit while he's invisible. Easy 10-20k damage during that time. 40% lightning resist doesn't mean much when you're taking ridiculous amounts of damage, only boss it didn't work on for me was malenia.

Get in the right spot by the tail no lock on and he cant hit you, he turns pretty slowly too. During the laser its the same strat as the elden beast run to the opposite side and he will move to you. Get there fast enough with both and they will place you at thier backside for free pokes.

@@TheeLZ swarm of flies and maliket blade has a chance for keeping her from doing anything at all during both phases. Helped a dude out who happened to have fallen beast jaw and that fight was done in 1 minute.

Lol Soullike game would never be a fair and easy fight. Is the enemy mob and overpowered to feel cheated. You get overpowered (git gud) and you use cheat also (every item and spell). To even the battle.
