I can confirm that it still works, u just need to have a holdable crouch incantaion, in my case i used "Heal" but Golden vow will work too, I just used Heal cause it has a 12 faith requirment so u can use it in any build with the +5 faith boost talisman, so what u gonna do is in the pit where he double jumps with the horse, instead of doing that u'll get very close to the edge and press forward and hold the incantion at the same time, u can't let go of the button or ur character will die then u keep holding it until mohg dies and teleport away to keep the runes :) It's that simple

@@ohaiman4393yeah I had a hard time but after my buddy found the cheese I use it every time also you can repeat said cheese without mogh to get about 150-200k depends on how far you drop (you can drop to get a few extra and scarab) but also if you have gold scarab

@@ThAtGuY-u9d I was stuck on him for 4 hours with my Moonblade build, slow weapons hurt for him. Tried the glitch showed in videos like this one for about an hour and realized the infinite fall was patched. So I looked up the best Spirit Ash. Saw Tiche was right near where you get the Moonblade so I grabbed her and maxed her. Legit, first try. A boss that gave me 5 hours of pain was crushed in a single try with Tiche by my side.

@@ThAtGuY-u9d so long as Tiche gets agro you can just start lobbing things at Mohg with little to no worries. that and the better rot breath spell did a lot of work for me. once i got the rhythm down didnt take more than a minute iirc

Hello everyone I just wanted to say there is still a way to use this bug but you will want to buy the incantation heal for the bug to still work just repeat what this guy does but only when you get to the hole get to the final ledge in it crouch then edge yourself off the side and hold L1 it will take a bit for the bug to work but trust me it does work I just did it myself if you want to keep the runes make sure you have that stick talisman that will replace your dropped runes with itself so you keep the runes you can still git the runes back without the stick by going back to the hole since they will spawn by the edge then you can just fast travel to a grace when you pick them up

It might even be worth doing this twice. If you don’t have Mohg loaded in you’ll instead kill a miniboss and get blood tacs

8/11/2024 it works by holding golden vow while dropping, make sure you dont fast travel after dying to Mohg, respawn at the statue and walk.

I tried so hard to do this, but in the end it was easier for me to just beat him with Scarlett rot dragon incantation and mimic tear with aggro talisman. And alot of flasks. Still cool glitch.

Seems like it's patched, tried it to get some quick acces to DLC, and I just died. My sword was swinging, so I just assume they either patched the sword swinging reseting the fall timer, or they added a killbox under the entire map. Anyway, sigh, seems we cannot really enter the DLC at a low level unless you want to try and beat Mogh without getting hit basically...

This is working on patch 1.10 just don’t update the game and when you die, to get the runes, go back to where you dropped into the fight. Runes are there. Thanks for the video!

still works but drop torrent and crouch have HEAL skill equipped when you drop through the hole CROUCH and hold L1 to heal -- you must kill Radan first or this wont work

@@Jo3yGames yup, not sure about every exploit but as I know of all the easier ones to date have now been patched apart from wrong warps and zips. I believe there’s a couple outliers like maybe nights cavalry, Greyll, ruptured physick, critical and maybe grand lift of rold skips that might still work but they’ve done a good job getting rid of most of them

No it’s patched in the most recent update, all ways to cheese by falling and swinging your sword has been patched. Seems likes you can’t swing your sword while falling anymore.

Ive done this glitch a few times before It no longer works as it used to. As of now this method doesnt work. They patched it. Mohg is weak to bleed, go figure. Try bleed with mimic and get the tear that prevents his curse If you are an int build, try comet azure with terra magica, and all the magic buffs, talisman, flask is magic tear and cerelean hidden tear. If you are a build thats not int or arcane, i cant help..lol. Ive beat him only with mimic with other builds

@Gaming Exploits I did a cheese two years ago. Dont remember ths entirety of it but it involved Mohg's Shackle obtained from Leyndell sewers (I believe). Does that method still work or is there another? Outnof curiosity, in case if like to start a new profile. (Currently in dlc, shadow keep now)

Today i spent hours to get this hack work , but after trying 15-20 times comes to check the comment just to know that this has been patched, I lost my save so just wanted to quickly start the DLC, finally decided to face him and got him killed at the first chance , LOL.

Have to do the whole cheese without falling off the ledge and dying. If you fall off the ledge next to the grace and die. You have to reset the cheese by resting at the site of grace. Then just follow the guide again and you’ll get the boss defeat come up

Make sure you're going into the Mohg boss room and quitting out before successfully doing the glitch. If you don't Mohg might despawn when you walk away. This does mean if you die doing the glitch you'll need to go back and quit out of his boss room again.

this saved me. i started a dlc-dedicated character months ago in preparation and got radahn out of the way immediately since i can consistently beat him no hit+no summons(disclaimer: radahn is my favorite fight, so i fight him often. i am not good at anything else in the game. radahn is a statistical outlier and should not be counted). but in my radahn-fueled hubris i decided i am simply so good at the game(i am not) that i would certainly be fine procrastinating until last minute to beat mohg(i would not). like i said, i am dogshit at everything but radahn. mohg is mean to me and makes me cry. today i finally decided to get my shit together and fight him. it felt like i was in one of those 80's movies with a cartoonishly evil school bully. mohg gave me a wedgie and dunked my head in a toilet and then locked me in my own locker. i was gonna go hollow at that point, man. do you know how hard you need to get your ass kicked in order to fall victim to a curse from a whole ass separate game???? but at least cheating out of the mohg fight did not spare me from struggle. i died 8 times doing this because i cannot do my silly little hops from the silly little ledges without panicking and running directly off of them like a fool. regardless, thank you for this, i would have felt like shit if i missed the first day of the dlc purely because of my own idiot behavior lmao. i owe you my life, friend😩

Started NG+ forever ago, got somewhat through it but stopped after a while. Saw the DLC required Mohg to be defeated and that’s one fight I didn’t want to have to do again. This is a huge timesaver.

PATCHED, no longer works. There are still ways to make this fight easier when fighting him the conventional way. Mohg's shackle can be used twice in the first phase to get in a few free hits. Use purifying crystal tear when the first curse ring appears. Summon mimic tear at start of second phase. Stay away during his flight based attacks, then come in to punish him whilst he's distracted by mimic. Obviously any bloodloss negation items are useful in this fight. Theres also a talisman that boosts damage in the presence of the blood loss status effect. Good luck Tarnished.

You have to enter his room before each try, if I understand it correctly. I was failing a few times, then I entered his room, he started walking towards me, I quit the game, re-entered it and it worked like a charm
