Another great video! Along the lines since you were talking about the notes you buy from vendors and the bits of useful info they sometimes provide. The note regarding land squirts you get from the merchant sitting on the beach near the entrance to the coastal cave (where you got boc's sewing needle) is a good one. The note says ""Land squirts are soft where they touch the ground, and poison will cause them to rupture." What that means is if you break their stance they fall over and you can get a crit on their bottom, however the second part is what is interesting. Basically when you have clusters of those annoying poisoning land squirts with some item buried behind a bunch of them just simply toss a poison pot or a fetid pot (just be careful with the fetid pot as it will give you poison buildup on you when you throw it and depending on your gear and stats might be enough to proc poison on you but at this point in the game I typically have much more golden poop in my inventory than the toxic mushrooms needed to make the safer poison pot. You can also poison them with a spell or weapon that applies poison, or even poison darts it just may take more than one dart/arrow or more than one hit with a poison weapon to get it to start whereas a single poison pot or fetid pot will proc the poison on them. Then just sit back and watch the show as the one you hit will "rupture" into a huge cloud of poison gas that then poisons everyone around of them setting off a really cool looking chain reaction. One of the largest groups of them that I can think of is in liurnia basically the broken structure you see on the map just a bit northeast of the sorcerer's site of grace. We skipped it I'm assuming because if you were to fight them traditionally it would be a total pain to clear it to get the reward of 1 single old fang lol. But if you're bored and want to see a cool show toss a poison pot at them and watch the show.

I believe the way the abductor works is that it needs to kill you with the grab attack to warp you And it used to be bugged that if you died in the general area by any means it would warp you but got patched
