I replayed dark souls 2 at least 4 times and i can asure you that the fume knight is the only boss that can appear on this video

for real, ds3 had the most insane bosses. I've played all titles except Bloodborne (I own it, but I wait for the PC port(lol) the FPS really demotivated me in the tutorial.) with DS2 being my absolute favourite but Boss wise it HAS to be DS3. The variety + fan-service they gave us with this game is just incredible. Out of all the bosses ive fought on all these games, my top 10 would be 1. Nameless King (Dark Souls III) most insane boss ive ever fought with the most badass outfit there is. Hes so much fun to fight in NG++ 2. Lothric Twins: (Dark Souls III) remind me of Radagon and I really liked Radagon but they just did it better. Its such a good fight and also has an insane OST + Arena 3. Malenia, Blade of Miquella. (Elden Ring) I just love this fight, its really balanced and a fair fight. I also love the swordsman vs swordsman type of fights or rather the human vs humanoid/human bosses. Malenia feels clean with the fast paced ER combat and the well designed fight. 4. Soul of Cinder (Dark Souls III) same as Malenia but the fact that he has a way more thought out fight. He has a insane roll catch attack with the spear and you're basicially not allowed to panic roll. I remember my first time killing his 1st phase i dropped my controller, after a 2 hour session of fighting him, onto my desk, just to be killed by his new full life phase. It was so great fighting him and still, in my opinion, the hardest last boss there is. Super challenging and fun to fight. 5. Mohg, the Omen: (Elden Ring) really really like this fight because it has the smoothest dodging in all bosses combined. All the delays and rollcatches this boss offers, are so fun to play around and fight him, I just like these fights. Lord of Blood wasn't a pick for me, because I think that the fire on the ground in phase 2 is just annoying, so I'd rather fight the Omen instead of Lord of Blood. 6. Abyss Watchers (Dark Souls III) This boss is a masterpiece. DS3 was my first Soulsgame ever and the game went pretty good on my first run until I ran into these mf's. They whooped my ass for 6 hours straight. I just couldn't seem to beat them and the only blame was on me. This boss is so well created and has such a great theme aswell an really dark arena which I also like. This moment when you first killed them and then thought "YEAH" just to play a cutscene where he's full health and now on substances. 7. Midir (Dark Souls III) no explanation needed, best dragon boss they made. 8. Dragonslayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough (Dark Souls) The only boss that I liked in Dark Souls 1 and it was really great. It felt really good dodging Ornstein then Smough and then punish him. The arena was so good and the theme too. Also the cutscene when you kill one of them is so cool, I really liked this fight. 9. Dragonslayer Armour (Dark Souls III) What a great boss, its this literal coloss fighting against you with the most badass armor and these giant weapons, yet moving so fast. I really liked this boss because it's pretty much reaction based. He likes to attack extremly quickly with his shield and that caught me offguard so many times. 10. Radagon (Elden Ring) Good fight but it's a recycled version of Lothric Twins but he did it worse. Still one of my favourites because Elden Ring has such a good combat system/pace.

As a Dark Souls Vet (played and beat every boss in all three games) downplaying Morgott, Godrick, and Godfrey is still criminal regardless. Those three fights are fun as hell for different reasons. They probably rank in my top 15 Souls/ER bosses of all time. Also it's equally criminal that Burnt Ivory King was left out of the DS part of this. That fight had it all. Abhorrently underrated.

If you try to beat them fair-levelled, Bloodborne hardest bosses are by far harder than ER's one. The Orphan of Kos, Gehrman, Ludwig, Lawrence...

My two favourite bosses are slave knight gale and Godfrey. Although Godfrey should have two full health bars.

Having only played Elden Ring and Bloodborne I don’t know who any of these bosses are but I’m very much looking forward to getting familiar

Elden Ring boss quality is far superior to Dark Souls but let’s not forget some of the timeless classics. Nameless King will forever be a favorite of mine, Knight Artorias, Slave Knight Gael, Manus, Father of the Abyss, Dragonslayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough. I think all of the Souls games have had remarkable boss fights, to be honest.

Ds3 has my favorite bosses as a whole. Some include: Sister Freida, Gael, Abyss watchers, Aldritch, Yhorm, Twin princes, Soul of Cinder, and Dancer of Boreal Valley. Bloodbourne is my favorite, but ds3 overall has my favorite boss fights (the fights, narrative, and lore are so good). I love ER, but ds3 is better imo.

Elden ring bosses I prefer, better as characters. Dark souls 3 is really easy in terms of bosses just dodge their big attacks and hit them 3 times over and over every boss

There is a Light chance that we actually know what Namless's name is, in the faraam armor set, its said that the people Who wore the armor were the knights of a lost(lost as in disappired) god of war, and the equipment and soul of Namless says "the - - - - - of an old god of war" the only god of war that we know is Namless, it seems reasonable

Major problem with ER Bosses: Too weak in earlier bosses, too strong in later bosses, super aggressive leaving little room to attack or heal which leads to the fight dragging out.

I like how people are complaining about ER bosses being easy meanwhile they’re using a Dex-int build they found on KZfaq 😂

@ll-ll5gt you're right maybe it is just nostalgia talking, but mostly that award came from how well fromsoftware was able to tell a complex story, and at the same time saying people are "just nostalgic" is just an easy way to say that what they're saying is irrelevant which most times is true but it isn't a very open minded question I do think Elden ring is better in some ways mainly graphical. but also bosses aren't the main part of dark souls so critiquing just about the entire game on that foundation alone is kind of one sided again not saying Elden ring is bad it's amazing I'm just saying that ds1 got an award that it deserved..

Ishin sword saint >>>> Malenia blade of m Malenia can be easily killed at lvl 1 with a lot of buff , you can cheese her with overpowered weapons . Ishin is more speedy and aggressive, has 3 life ( +1 ) and in sekiro you only have ONE katana with ONE objective, ishin is a final boss . Sekiro is a full skill game

the best message is when your infront of a boss fight and the message says skill ahead

Haven’t even played dark souls. Any of them lol. But even I can recognise Smough and Ornstein, darkeater Midir, Nameless king and Artorias. I’ve only ever played elden ring, so I can say this at least, the ER bosses were more for the heroism and spectacle rather than the gritty, visceral combat of fighting a (undead) legend.

Artorias gives me goosebumps every time I fight him🤚😭

Dark souls bosses are though and almost impossible to stagger while ER bosses poise has alot of special abilities

Manus have the strongest lore because we can find information about him in every souls
