An interesting study of an era when mechanics used to actually repair things instead of replacing things. A throwback to a time when labor was cheap and parts were expensive. No cheaper labor than doing it yourself.

Absolutely epic, just like a peek behind the veil of the artistic interplay between Scorsese and De Niro. " I can't, but I can, but why should I".

Thanks for showcasing Tony and his work in a video, Jeff. His previous guest appearances might give the idea that he's just an interesting local guy in a machine shop. Seeing him in action shows what a craftsman he really is. Bravo Tony.

You know what was great. The fact that he talks to us like we are there beside him. No fancy jibberish and to much talking. I like when he said near the beginning that he realizes not everyone will have a hydraulic press and that we will have to figure out our own way.

MostlymoparIH Where oh where are you tonight Military Chevy?? I know you'll have something to contribute to this bubbling up of pearls of wisdom from IH and myself. My boy could catch something other than a disease out of a blasted mud hole but he's been fishing since he was walking practally. Me? Can't handle it at all. Do my hunting and fishing with a knife and fork and NEVER miss because if I do the goofy bulldog snarfs it right up.

I have a BMW 2002tii with a leaking water pump, I am not able to find rebuild parts for this pump. Do you think if I buy a new non-tii water pump (same internal components) dismantle the new pump and then use those parts on the tii pump housing, am I likely to damage the parts from the new when pump while I'm dismantling it? thanks
@selmawp15 жыл бұрын
Hi Doug, you are correct take new pump apart destroy new parts. So call Wade @ 541-450-2277 he can rebuild it for you. I trained him for 4 years.
