Before my father passed away a year ago (He was just 58), I (am 43) tried to get him to play this and he was like "It's too much!" So seeing these older folks play it and actually enjoy it is hilarious. Remember these people grew up on things like Colecovision, Atari and the like. They also might have embraced the first Nintendo Master System but really dropped off from there. My father however went full on PlayStation, XBox and Nintendo Switch.

Advanced home electronics in the 1970s was a color TV set with a remote control, stereos that played records, and maybe an 8-track player (sort of like music cassette tapes). VCR tapes, pocket calculators, etc become common in the 1980s.
