I just use dimensional fissure, savage colosseum, and timelords/kaijus to ruin their day.

@@babyrath8621 exactly, when I first started building my paleo frog deck, I didn’t really have access to the “staple extra deck cards” but I had some of them and completely wiped the floor with this Eldlich player. Fought well, but couldn’t stand up to my ZEUS and Toadally Awesome.

Master Duel's IA is surprisingly good. They are so realistic sometimes they decide to kill themselves by attacking big attack monsters

The thing is, it's a trap, and unless you're willing to expect your turn to be peaceful, there's a lot of decks that just on turn 2 can outright defeat you If your deck can be patient enough, sure, Decree is such a gem, but otherwise regular backrow removal is better

No way dude, VW has a few super useful traps but they can easily play without lmao.

But VW NEEDS their traps, as part of the cost of their monsters / spells, doesn't matter if they're on field or not, you must play gate traps

YGO is usually about turn 1 & 2, and unless Red Reboot / Impermanence / Brigadine/ Magical Musketeer / Marincess, a trap is useless If your deck is fine by set - pass, then yes, Decree is cool (Like Sky Striker for instance)

@@Jyxero That does make sense, but couldn't it be set in turn 1? Kinda the same way people use Imperial Order and Skill Drain. If you're facing Eldilich or any trap heavy deck you know it won't go to waste. The cards you mentioned will be great when you're turn 2 but if you're turn 1 you can clog your opponent's back row with useless cards.

Well, I learnt it the hard way (I also crafted 3 Royal for a Red Archfiend deck), and on the majority of scenarios I would prefer to had the usefulness of Lightning Storm, as heavy backrow isn't as common (at least for me) than monster negates But I'm honestly considering it for my Generaiders (I run only 4 archtype traps), as dealing with heavy backrow with them is usually a nightmare (Unless I can go into Mathmech Sigma with Ghost Ogre...)

Most people who play meta decks dont read cuz 1- there more of the typical “ let me pick the best deck to win “ typa player 2- some players are new and dont really mnow anything so they just google whats the best deck to play in master duel so they can study it and win

They actually didn't use Clear Mind (the song) in the show when they summoned Quasar They played a variation of Z-One's theme when he was summoning the materials, and they played the standard Yusei theme (shown here) when he actually conducted the summon So this actually makes sense
