I like the fact that when she says she likes girls she just does it very naturally, like there's no need to say anything else or make a fuss about it because there isn't. Proves that you can make an openly bi character without having to make an official statement or making their sexual orientation relevant to the plot. It's not that difficult.

I like how this doesnt ignore her male attraction, for some reason a lot of bi stuff is centered around the "gayer" side so it's nice to see the whole of it. As a bi it's easy to feel like I'm not "gay enough" for the lgbt, and that the only part of my sexuality thats valid is the same-sex loving side when its not true. In short good video

I just love how in Michael Schur's shows, being bi and/or gay is just a normal thing. It doesn't need to be advertised or the character having to shove it down peoples throats. It's just treated as being straight.

The thing is, even if she wasn't bi (which she obviously is) she portrays such a healthy example of how you can appreciate and love anyone and be comfortable with your sexuality/masculinity/femininity. Jake Peralta is another great example of male masculinity ect (even though he's defo bi too) he's just comfortable expression his feelings. And the fact that her being bi wasn't even addressed is everything

I really wish they showed her actually BEING with a woman, not just fantasizing about it. Either in the afterlife or before she died. The only scene close to that was when in one reboots Tahani was introduced as Eleanor's soulmate, but we never got to see how they interacted as a couple.

Yeah, I've been wondering about that, too. Although, it's also possible that they weren't supposed to be soulmates in a romantic or sexual way. Michael himself said at the beginning of the series that soulmates can have any type of relationship. Plus, something that I also can't help but wonder is what Simone's sexual/romantic orientation is judging from the fact that she didn't necessarily seem to object or get uncomfortable when Elenor asked "What is happening... ?" Although, then again, it's also entirely possible that she didn't have enough time to give a reaction. Not to mention it's also entirely possible that we don't even need to be having this conversation. What if we don't need to give everyone, even fictional people, labels if they don't have any for themselves?

I just heard this song in a restaurant and, after watching so many bi bi bi videos, I can’t even look at it the same. These have literally changed the meaning of this song.
