I’ve learned in this module video that a one great owner is the one who can make clear mission and vision of the business if the business owner have a great knowledge of what business they have the more successful the business it’ll be , also the bigger the scope of the business the more people involved in the management chart there unders and subordinates to make the workflow successful everyday and to know the strength and weaknesses of the business

Ang isa sa natutunan ko sa module nato base sa pg kakaintindi ko na bago ka mag tayo ng isang business dapat pg planuhan ng mas mabuti upang kapag ito ay na itayo mas maayos ang kahantungan o mas magnda ang kalabasan. dapat alm muna din ung mga strategy na dapat mong gawin kung paano mo bato mas mapapalago o mas mapaatract ang mga quest upang mas dayuhin to o mas malakas ang impact sa tao. importante din ang vission sa isng business o hotel gaya nalng ng kung ano ang mas kaya pang abutin ng isang hotel kng mas my iimprove paba ito . isa dn sa pg kakaintindi ko na sa isng hotel o business na dpat murin kilalanin ung mga empleyado mo dapat marunung karin makisama sakanila dahil kundi din dahil sakanila hnd magiging successful ang hotel o business mo.

Ang natutuhan ko po sa lesson na ito is napaka halaga ng mission and vision sa isang business dahil ito ung magiging goal mo para maging successful.makakatulong sayo ang mga strategy at tactics para sa pagpapalago ng isang business ito ang magsisilbing guide mo. Higit sa lahat huwag mong isipin na para ikaw lng ay kumita isipin mo din ang iba . Alam na alam din natin na ang bawat tao sa isang organization ay may kanikanilang role or responsibilities na dapat gampanan, kailangan nila na maging dedicated sa trabaho upang maging maganda ang pagpapatakbo nito lalo na ung mga nakakataas sa kanila ng posisyon kailangan nilang mamotivate ang isat isa pra makapag trabaho ng maayos.. Kung ikaw ay may ari , isipin mo din ang bawat tao na nagtatrabaho sayo sapagkat kung hindi dahil sa knila hindi magiging maganda ang takbo ng business mo hindi ito magiging matagumpay..

I learned in module 2.1 your vision is your fashion, corporate responsibility kung anong gustong marating ng company mo. Mission eto yung mismong gagawin o dapat gawin past to present. Strategies dito nakapasok ang goals para sa hotel mo kung saan mas magandang profit ang maibabalik sayo dapat iisipin mo muna ang magiging impact bago mo makamit ang achievements ng company mo. People involves the company to provides achievements the good quality of services and motivate the company. Manager be responsible take care of the employees. The employees unity to achieve high services provides the customers assets in company.

I learned about this lesson the vision is your fashion na gusto mong marating ng company mo bilang isang owner or namamahala ng isang companya. Mission dito nakalahad Yung mga dapat mong gawin para lumago o gumanda ang iyang business at kailangan mo Rin makisama as a owner sa mga empleyado mo. Hindi ka nagiging successful sa goal mo Kung Wala sila at Hindi ka magiging responsable sa kanila.

Vision is the one important to all companies/business to know what the organization hope to become in the future or to gain your goals in your company. Dapat mong pag isipan kung ano ano ang mga factor ang dapat mong bigyan nag importasya para makamit mo ung goal ng company. Hindi lang puro profit and dapat mo bigyan ng pansin kundi ung pagiging responsibility mo sa isang company. And to all company must have all employees have a flexibility to do their different task para magampanan nila ang mga trabaho na naka assign sa kanila. Dahil hindi lang ang General Manager ang aasahan nila sa isang company dapat may teamwork sila sa mga task na meron sila.

Ang natutunan kopo sa module 2.1 is pag gagawa ng vision dapat na sariling gwa at dapat include daw sa tao at dapat totoo at pinaninindigan mo. Dapat alam mo din kung ano ang mga gusto natin marating once na nag tayo tayo ng company. Alam mo dapat at nakikita mo na in the future dapat maayos at naachive mona yung mga goals mo kelangan may sarili kang strategy or alam mo kung ano yung strategy mo para maging success ka or yung company na itatayo mo..kelangan alam mo din malaman yung mga ibat ibang factors na makaka apekto sa business mo or organization. Kelangan hindi lang dapat nka focus sa pag dami or sa kita ng organization dapat naka focus karin sa mga employee na kinuha mo.. Dapat may mga rules and regulation karin na gagawin para sa ibat ibang guest. Dapat rin na kapag may dumarating na guest dapat ma attract agad natin sila para mas madami ang magustuhan na mag check in sa hotel na itatayo natinNeed din na gumawa tayo ng organizational chart para mas madali natin malaman kung sino yung mga nakakasama natin sa isang hotel.

Natutunan ko sa lesson na ito is kung may Mission ang isang hotel or establishment alam nito ang magagawa or gagawin nila in the near future in short sila ay may plano kung ano ang gagawin managements, sa vision naman is Ito yung mismong gustong gawin ng management. Tactics, strategy is connected interms in reputation and impact ng mga tao sa hotel mo.

Ang natutunan ko sa lesson na ito module 2.1 ay kung ano yung ibat ibang responsibilidan ng mga tao sa hotel bawat isa ay may kanya kanyang gampanin na kailangan tugunan. Natutunan ko den na bawat hotel ay mayroong vision at mission na nais matupad. Ang vision ay kung ano ang gustong marating ng isang hotel in the near future dito den sinasabe ang mga gustong maging katangian ng isang hotel balang araw. Para makamit nila ang kanilang vision kinakailangan nilang gumawa ng mga strategy upang mas mag improve ang hotel at mareach ang vision. Samantalang ang mission naman ay kung ano ang hotel sa ngayon. Dito nakalagay ang mga nais nilang gawin sa hotel. Kung minsan ay nakalagay din dito kung ano ang gusto nila para sa mga customer or mga tao na nasa paligid nila.

In this module discussion I learned that you must need to make sure that your vision or goals is clear to make your organizations success. Making our own hotels says that you must know your responsibilities not only to earn profit. In this module also discuss again the role of the front office manager and the general manager. A general manager is connected with the marketing, general manager have a big responsibility when it comes to the hospitality. I've learned a lot about the organizational of the hotels and each functions in every departments also how they help within the hotels.

First of all thank you ma'am ara for sharing this video according to this module we need to know the Mission and Vission of the hotel organization or goals to know what the task of the company how to provide the strongest organization without Failed or strategies ng isang hotel para mapatakbo ng maayos at mag successful ang isang Business organization ng isang company. Mission statement describe the present state of a person or organization Who are you? Why are you here Why do you exist? And the Vission statement describes futures who do i want to be? Where do we wnat to go mga simple tanong lang yan kung ano ba dapat gawin pag nasa isa tayong Organization sa isang Company.

In this lesson video I've learned that before creating vision and mission make sure the company or the owner have passion in terms of the responsibilities and consider their employee and the environment. People or human resources are important or greatest assets in the company that why the GM must always conduct meeting often and keep on communicating or coordinate from time to time to properly manage the work flow of the hotel. Cooperation and unity or teamwork in short are significant for the success of the hotel. Success are the responsibility of employee all areas of the hotel must be systematic to provide guest need and to meet their satisfaction.

Ang aking natutunan sa Module na ito ay, Kung may Vision ang isang Hotel, kung alam ng company o ng Hotel ang gusto nitong nangyari sa future ito ay magiging maganda at magiging maayos ang takbo nito. Mission naman ay Kaya nitong maayos ang takbo ng Hotel sa future. Sa Hotel Organization, ay magkaka-ugnay ang mga goals, strategies, tactics at strategies and tactics sa pamamagitan ng Tactics o ang aksiyon at mga strategies ay makakamit ang goals ng isang Hotel.

Ang natutunan ko po sa lesson 2.1 ay lahat ng involve na mga tao ay they have roles and responsibilities sa ating hotel. Vision- ano ba yung gusto ng company or hotel. Mission- ito yung mismong gagawin o dapat gawin sa fast to present. Strategy- dito nakapasok ang goal para sa hotel mo Kung saan mas magandang profit ang magiging impact bago mo makamit ang achievements ng yung company. Tactic- ano ang gagawin mo actions or day to day na gagawing operation. Ang strategy at tactic ay their complement one another. Large sized lodging- maraming mga tao involve sa isang hotel. Medium sized lodging property- mas kakaunti ang taong involved sa isang hotel.

I learned in module 2.1 is sabi dito ang pagiging isang mabuting leader ay pag kakaroon ng magandang kinabukasan sinasabi dito kung pano mo marrating yung pangarap mo para sa company mo at kung ano yung ggawin ng mga tao na involve sa organization para maging maganda o makuha mo ang goal mo at mDaming strategy ang pede mo gamitin para makuha mo yung goal mo. Nakapaloob din dito yung mga yung mga trabaho ng mga empleyado mo at kung pano nila makukuha yung target na goal nila.sinasabi din dito kung ano yung mga responsibilidad ng mga employee mo sa organization ng company mo para makakuha ng profit. Ayon din dito na sa mga tao din tayo kumukuha ng way para makakuha ng kita o pera at sa tao o employee/ staff din tayo umaasa kung pano kikita ng pera.

In module 2.1 i learn what is the meaning of mission, vision and how they using it to achieve their goals. I learn that the owners Creating Vison and mission is very important in an Organization, to be a good owner their goals should also be their Passion. And in this module it says that to achieve your vison and mission you must have specific strategy that you will implement in your organization. Hotels lodging property is classified into 3, Large-Sized Lodging property, Medium-Sized Lodging property and Limited-Service Lodging Property and here it explain and show different organizational charts and their responsibilities. Thankyou.

In this lesson I learned the different position in the organization and their respinsibilities. The managers is the one who have a large responsibilities in the management... that position is not just only a position because the manager is the one who always care in her/his employees. A managers has always have or its required to them to have a different characteristics. As a manager it is important to have a strong relationship in their employees also and especially in Guest.

This module is about having a good organization by building a better mision and vision for the sake of everybody. Napakahalga ng bagay na ito dahil ito yung isang instrument to achieve your goal. Para ma achieve kung ano yung gusto nyo para sa organisayon niyo. Hindi lamang ito dapat tinataglay ng isang manager or company owner dapat pati kapwa employee ay tinataglay din ito.

in this module, I've learned that a company should have a comprehensible mission and vision it should be stated the company's purpose, what the company is striving for, and what it wants a goal to achieve in the future so the business will be successful. To achieve the success, the company must develop strategies and tactics that are complemented to each other and for this to happen the employees should know their responsibilities and duties in the hotel. And in this module it discuss the three Hotels lodging property the Large-Sized Lodging property where many people are involved, Medium-Sized Lodging property that is smaller than large-sized that people involved and Limited-Service Lodging Property few people involved but they still have services may offer but limited. If you notice that as the lodging property become smaller the number of people involved in it also decreases because it only has its own capabilities.

In Elec 1 module 2.1 , I learned that you must have a clear path to make your goal a success and I think in everything we do we must have a clear path to be successful. The hotel organization must implement a systematic strategies and tactics to make the business a success. And I understand the hotel organizational and its function to each department and how they help to make the operation in a hotel.

In my own opinion mission you should be goals regarding your organization important it in business you must set the goals you know every factor you should give focus on to be successful. We have strategies regarding business or organization you must clear the goals especially to each department they know what they goal and task. the word responsibilities all involved in one business

Sa module na ito, kailangan bago ka magtayo ng isang business may plano kana or alam mo na yung startegy mo kung paano ito mapalago, at sobrang importante ng vision and mission para maabot mo yung goal mo sa isang company para maging successful ito. Kailangan din wag nakafocus sa kita lang, isipin din natin ang mga employees natin dahil kung wala naman sila hindi rin makokompleto ang isang business at pinakaimportante sa lahat ay kailangan maging responsible ang bawat isa upang maging matagumpay ito.

In this lesson, the importance of vision and mission statements to an organization was discussed. As said, a vision is what the organization hopes to become in the future. On the other hand, a mission statement provides answer to the fundamental question "who are we?" as an organization/or company. The importance of strategy and tactics to achieve goals of a hotel organization was also tackled. I have also learned from the 3 types of lodging property organizational chart presented that whether large, medium or small they are all managed by a general manager. Although as the property becomes smaller various positions in the organization becomes unavailable or is removed. Therefore, the smaller the hotel, employees are required to become more flexible to handle other responsibilities.

“A good business leaders separate a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion.” - Jack Wetch (former General Electric) Vision literally emphasize what your company will be in the future and of course it combines mission which means past and present gathered, who are you and what is your ability. Let’s talk about hotel industry organization and its function, hospitality industry is a broad group of business that provide services to the customer’s focused the satisfaction of customer and providing specific experiences for them. In a hospitality there are organization who perform the work each day such as front office department, housekeeping department, food and beverages department concierge area, security and loss prevention department (front of the house) the engineering and architecture department, laundry department as well as the human resources department, and aesthetic design department to keep the establishment presentable (back of the house). But we all know that there is no instant in any business form, there is one person who has a responsibility to maintain the hotel organization to function properly by his/her concepts such as planning, strategies and tactics on how to achieve the goal of a hotel image. According to this lesson, a word flexibility is the key to hotel organization compromise on how to manage a hotel industry, how to communicate on your employees and that will be the outcome of each guest when they are come to visit the establishment and experience the hotel services offers. According to The Business and Entrepreneur Book, a general manager (owner) he need to learn on how to handle the strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats (SWOT) on your business or a company. What are the factors that affect your goal and how to handle that different progress that might happen on your business. Maybe I should discuss the responsibilities of a general manager on the lesson 2.2 (Key Executive and Department Heads) In addition, hotel organization has a big part of the hotel because they are the one who provides services (dining restaurant, hotel rooms and leisure activities inside the hotel) and additional services (laundry and ironing, transportation services, room surprise set-up, etc. that hotel offers). A hotel provides services is to gain profit which is the main goal of a general manager but there have a lot of things to be consider to meet the customer satisfaction such as an optimum high quality of service and a successful hotel within the country.

Hotel Organization is a group of individuals whom have variety of responsibilities to the overall operations of hotel and they are collaborating with each other for their unified vision, vision drives people to take action it’s like preparing your path to success because every organization works for the objective of achieving a certain state while mission statements reflects the identity of the organization, hotel organizations have what we called hierarchy arrangement of individuals that provides structure and regularity to the business such as the General Managers, Departmental Managers, Executives, and those who provide orders to the employees and staffs every organization have this system in order to facilitate, manage, monitor their business regardless of their organization size Large-sized lodging property, Medium-sized lodging property, limited lodging property for conclusion in order to achieve the created vision of organization every individual that involves must know how to be flexible and develop strategies to collaborate with every sectors in organization harmoniously unified interest boost productivity that results to positive results.

*Vision: Ano ba yung gusto na marating ng kompanya or hotel. *Para makamit yung goal kailangan mag implement ng strategies. *Tactics: Ano po yung Gagawing mong actions or day to day na gagawing operations. " Bago ma meet yung goal alamin muna kung ano ang mga factors na puwedeng maka apekto sa goal. Ano yung mga factors na dapat bigyan mo ng importansya" "May coordination ang front office manager at ang marketing and sales, especially to the reservation room, inquiries and booking" *Large sized Lodging: Maraming mga tao na involved *Medium Sized lodging property: Mas kakaunti na ang tao na involved sa isang hotel. *Limited Service lodging property: (ex.
