Yes but that’s only if the 1st respondent had taking the witness to give evidence in chief. But now that the 1st respondent had declined to give evidence in chief the applicant’s attempt to seek for answers during cross examination is left hanging 😅😅😅😅😅

E C must be in the Box to answer all queries as required of her

What queries? Generation questions by how EC conducted or performed 2020 election? A thief or a defendant mount a box to defend an evidence against her or him. In this NDC case before us, they have not shown any figure or paper evidence (not allegation, emotion or maybe) to support their case that none of NPP OR NDC meet the 50+. Sad!!!!

@@johnanane4488 So if they don't have any paper evidence how did they noticed that none of t hem met the requirements of the EC?. Thus why they've imposed on the E C Chair if the law allows them to query Her,in addition to,never in our history I've heard the E C chair to make numerous corrections after declaration of the Results

OPPONG MAGMA what is gazette is the official. You can not question me for questions sake without a reason, evidence or figures to proof why l am wrong or thief. Otherwise everyone can call officials thieves. The reason law is made to enforce. Juju and prophets sayers will not stand women of God almighty. Proof to court with evidence/ figures not falsehood and propaganda.

@@johnanane4488 On point but mind you that if they don't have any reason or evidence backing their case and the Court has summoned the second respondent into the Court ,it means the Court itself doesn't know what it's meant for😏😳,chai Ghana weren't serious at all

The EC of Ghana has the right not to come out and tell Ghanaians what happened, it's John mahama and other didn't have the right to call EC to come and tell mahama and Ghanaians how she got her figures what kind of court is this,they where saying that if NDC want documents and they can't get it they should go to court to ask the court to ask EC to produce this document for them, now the same court to day is telling Ghanaians that they cannot ask EC to produce this document where is the law, what is happening in this type of country

Very very unbeliever that a SUPREME COURT JUDGE of GHANA asking a petitioner's council whether there is any reason why they want a witness to mount the WITNESS BOX? where do these people got their law education from? 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

@@TheSircosby Why not? it's not the SC place to ask that question for the defendant's lawyers. It is the job of the defendant's lawyer. Is the Supreme Court there to interpret the LAW for Ghanaians or they are part of AKUFFO ADDO and EC TEAM?

The burden of prove is not on the defendant rather on the petitioner.

2013 ,npp brought evidence of pink sheets to the court to proved their cases ,but still the court ruled against them ,which everybody knew npp won that cases but was given to NDC ....now the law of karma catching u as well

@@audreykodom3136 You did said an 'error'? ,is rather errors upon errors and we call her to chair such an administration,😢😩 have you ever think of it that if this continues in our elections the probability of causing tragedy in the country us Higher? ,moreover if her results are authentic and she can stood infront of the world to justify it and be free then,why did she run away from those queries?
