If you see the seats that Congress won in the Telangana state they have won in the area of villages... Central Hyderabad seats were won by BRS only. It shows that they could only influence the villagers...and the fact is that BRS was focusing on development of Central Hyderabad and that could be the major reason for its loss in the other areas

Desh Bakth ji, I'm from Bangalore and I must say, BJP lost Karnataka because of local uninspiring leadership. Congress with 3 states is desperate to win at all cost using freebies as a weapon. I'm convinced it's the wrong strategy. Kejriwal started the freebies phenomenon, but Delhi is not a state. i am from Rajasthan , akash u said right about kanhiya lal killing . after that killing people thinks " Katre m hai " and they decided that bjp can only save us and offcourse everytime ram mandir is also mentioned by pm , shah and naddaji . like my grandfather experienced that struggle ram mandir in 80 , 90 's , after so many years he is happy to see ram mandir in ayodhya .

@@parcupine See at the end of the day every political party in every country is doing it , elections are never about right vs wrong they are about choosing the lesser evil of the two. Congress is outrightly using cast and reservations to push their growth and the freebies of Congress in Karnataka which were wayyyyy above and beyond have screwed the economy of that state. Congress does not have a viable leader or a line of ministers. At the end of the day the public will see the Macro changes , which are plenty.
