You are the one smoking, we will never stop planning for the future just because we have a problem now, there is something called short term and long term strategies/vision.... EEF says when they take over government they will fix Eskom so that we never have loadshedding again (short term) and then fix it in such a way that it can feed the whole continent (long term) Don't have a mind of a chicken 🐓 that sees only what's in front of it because when you hit the wall that is put there to limit you then you will think it's end of the world

I think you are the one who is smoking Just because you have a problem now that doesn't mean you must not plan for the future, there is something called short term and long term strategies/planning/vision to guide you what actions you should take now because if you only plan for a short term just to solve a problem in front of you then you will always hit walls from time to time The EEF is saying when they take over government they will make sure they fix Eskom so much so that we never have loadshedding again in South Africa (short term) and on top of that they will expand it to generate electricity for the whole continent (long term) But because you have a chicken mentality you only see a problem in front of you and you are blind of the great opportunities beyond your small problem.....

As an EFF Supporter. I hoped that my party would not participate in this debate. I really want them to rule but they just lose the country whenever they speak on immigration. We need strong borders, i might not agree with Mr. McKenzie but we unfortunately do need a wall. I always get annoyed when CIC says that foreigners occupy jobs that SAns don't want because. i struggle to believe that uThandokazi and Mandla in the township don't want to work in a restaurant or any other businesses that are occupied by foreigners.

And then both countries realised how crazy their actions where and that madness doesn't exist anymore between them. Of course, everyone visiting or living in another country should follow the laws of that country. I understand being up in arms against illegal immigration, but in SA there is often a dislike of ANY black foreigners, including the very legall and very skilled ones. A white or chinese foreign shop owner employing 5 South Africans who doesn't speak any of the SA languages (including English) is more welcome in SA than a Zimbabwean businessman with multiple companies employing 200 people and speaking more than 3 local lanuages

As a white female, I couldn’t agree more. Gayton has more of a plan than the DA does. It will be my first year voting as a youth member and Gayton has really been speaking for all of us in my opinion. The first party that actually cares about catering for everyone and not just himself. My opinion this man could really change communities. It saddens me that so many of these parties are going to get more voters than the PA and those other parties have been abusing and using their people for their own agenda and benefits.

I am a Zimbabwean. I personally think Gayton is practical in his approach to immigration. An EU like borderless Africa simply won't work. Zimbabwe is a failed state. There is a huge incentive for a Zimbabwean to move to S.A to look for work or seek healthcare. S.A simply doesn't have enough resources to cater for everyone. Zim uses smart ID cards. This means it's possible to implement passport free travel to other countries that use such tech like Botswana and Namibia. In Botswana travel by Zimbabweans there using IDs was rejected. This is not because the people of Botswana are bad people but simply because Botswana is currently struggling with the number of Zimbabweans moving there to seek work and healthcare.

what is mindful debate from our political parties. Let's get rid of corruption, create equal opportunities for people. What will be happening to our children who have matriculated and those who have graduated from university who are jobless. The retirement age for SA Citizens is at 65, why do we still have politicians in their positions that are 65 years of age and older including our president. One law should account for everybody not only citizens but politicians too. What about people who are ages 35-60 who are skilled and educated why can't we bring them back to the workforce to build the economy until retirement. It's difficult for over 35 years old unemployed people to find a suitable job. We need new brains and fresh and HIGHLY Educated politicians.

People of SA please, it's enough now, believe 50% of what you see and 0% of what you hear. Look at the municipalities which are run by these parties and base your vote on where the difference is. We can vote again next election but let's actually invest our votes in who is proving to show the most effect and not who sounds the best! The problem is a large amount of people don't know which municipalities are run by who so they still basing their votes on emotion. Please invest your time and you will clearly see for yourself where the difference is happening. The fact is these parties will never get along and the more we watch it the more we loose faith. Look at the municipalities, look at the service provided to THE people, and base your vote on the effectiveness.
