I just cut out all lows in guitar to leave room for 808/kick And Ive got my 808/kick hitting the loudest by quite a lot, I also compressed and gainstaged the beat quite a lot I also boosted the 808

Gain stage when you say that you mean like the source itself ? like I use fl studio do you mean the volume knob before the mixer correct ?

@@jdestiniibeats123 hey bro I mean, I use the TR5 classic clipper on my master chain. And there is a gain knob and output knob, I reduce the output knob to -1.1ish, and then boost the gain knob to between 2-6db till I think it’s hitting fat enough. This gives it that compressed boost feel to my beats.
