A work in progress. Always making changes/improvements.
Started out a few years ago with the intention of building a three pot propane setup. Changed my mind and went all electric. All brewing hardware (minus the pots) was purchased from BrewHardware.com. Everything else was from the blue or orange stores. These are 15 gallon pots which allow me to brew a 10 gallon batch.

This is fantastic and creepy at the same time. I got on KZfaq to look up ideas to build a brew table for my new all in one system. I didn’t know what to type on the search bar so I started scrolling while I thought about it. Then on my third scroll I saw this! Not even our thoughts are safe from the internet! 😂

I'll take funky any day. Brew day is far more fun when you can burn yourself and have a nasty mess to clean up. It's like a sacred ritual and connects us to each unique brew.

Thanks D! I'm thinking of adding a third pot. If I do, I'll have to build a new control panel too. The new pot will be an HLT.

Seems like a nightmare to sterilize.

Actually it's quite simple. I can remove the ends of the chiller tubes and use a brush with a long handle (i have a 6' handle on the brush) or I can just run boiling water with or without sanitizer through the entire system.
