I have the Inmotion RS midnight just got it yesterday. I zip tied the cables up and organized them. They came unplugged. It looks 100 percent better, with a few zip ties.

You guys have the best channel for scooter, by far. I have the latest Inmotion RS batch and it is sublime - not the overhyped "sleek black" color Midnight version, it's only a color, SAME scooter, all marketing, Lol. Voro calling it an ugly mustard version made me shake my head. The original "orange" color looks amazing at night with the lights reflected off of it... not so on black. My RS is tweaked with tighter wiring, PMTs, thumb throttle, just super raw power & acceleration. The dual stem is strong, but it is still quite flexible (not lose), which is much needed in higher speeds - like a swaying skyscraper. The damper works, but can be better IMO, even though it doesn't need a damper because the stem's rake angle points forward of the front motor wheel axis point - inherently better stability (yes, physics). With my safety gear on, I'm easily cruising 40-50mph. It's still new so I'm breaking it in a little first before I thrash it a little. Can't wait to get it to the track.

I just got my Inmotion RS Midnight delivered on 12/23/23 and super excited to be unboxing it. I also purchased their official thumb throttle kit for the RS as i find the thumb throttle a bit more safer for me. I also picked up a brand new Segway GT1 to replace mt Segway Max G2 while it gets repaired from an Accident i had on it. I really appreciate all the information you guys have been providing us. Thank you, Paul, Ramier and Mitchell for all your hard work. 😎👊

Hi there. Would you mind telling me the height from the handlebars to the deck? I’m having trouble getting that exact info from Segway. I would imagine it’s the same as the GT2. I’m almost 6’5” 180 lbs and find so many scooters have such low handlebars. Thanks in advance.

@MrBalas3 hi, no problem so from the handlebar to the deck/rubber floor of the GT1 It is 42 inches tall. I did a couple more measurements as well which might help. The deck/floor width is 10 inches wide and the length from the front to the rear where you can rest your foot at is 27 inches long. If there is anything else you would like to know measurements wise please feel free to reach out. The only thing i see as a down side for far is the awkward shape of the handlebar it self. It wont allow me to add an Handlebar extension. None of the brackets i have fit the GT1 handlebar. Its as if i would have to drill a hole through the handlebar bottom and add a threaded rivet insert in order to secure accessories to it like mirrors, brighter headlight etc. Segway has a handlebar extension for the P65 and P100S but it wont fit the GT1 or GT2. Im not sure why they havent made one for the GT series yet.

⁠@@THEAVERAGEGUY1983Thanks for the prompt reply. That’s a good handlebar height. And thanks for those deck measurements. Reads longer and wider than others. A Nami Klima that I tried had the same height and I found a stem riser online that could make it even higher( by an inch or two). I also saw your video or the Inmotion RS and in contacting the company it’s 43” high and it looks really nice with how one can lower actual deck height if I saw correctly. But that scooter is way more than I’m ever would need and way to pricey. Shoot the Klima is probably more power than I would ever need lol. My biggest concerns with Segway is that even though they have around the longest the horror stories so to speak of their customer service is not great. That and reviews on the battery range on the GT1. It sounds plenty fast enough for me, my understanding from a friend is to get dual for hills although a peak 3,000 watts sounds to me to be sufficient. By the way just saw the video about your fall. Holly toledo! Glad you’ll recover even if if you may have some scarring. Appreciate your assistance.

@MrBalas3 🙇‍♂️🙏 thank you for the well wishes. As for the Inmotion RS, i think thats an excellent scooter. I got one my self that is still in the box but my reason is longer range rides at 35 to 40Mph for riding to work or running some long range errands. 😁 the GT1 is good for short run errands at about 21 miles of range at its 37mph high speed which in reality with GPS it does 34Mph but thats still pretty fast for a stand up scooter.

I hope it's ok to make a request. Do you guys think Paul would be willing to do a brief overview video of suspension adjustments and setups? Considering that a number of scooters offer adjustable rebound, it could probably benefit a lot of people. Benefits of stiff v. plush setups, fast v. slow rebound etc. Thanks for your time and videos guys!

Hi Paul and Mitchell, Happy new year. I had my Daxys Bandicoot stolen yesterday, and so will have to replace it. Do you have a video where you focus on e scooters with a key lock (and dual suspension) as locking one with a cable is no longer a safe option?

They need to. I bought a KQi-3 Pro and scooter shops want to charge an arm and a leg for repair because it’s so difficult! My local shop wanted to charge $160 PER TIRE!!! I like to see them rank scooters based on maintenance replacements.

I hope you can test the Maxfind G5 and G5 Pro. They have dual (750 watt minimum) motor options and 10 inch tires but they still manage to weigh less than 20 KG. 🤔 They also have quick-swap batteries.

The problem with most scooters is that they, for the most part, look the same, and have the same two colors (graphite or black). WHY? That's why I am looking forward to a Lavoie next year so I can get a white one or an orange one. Not to mention, it has a more modern design.
