I usually tip $5 exactly on every single order. If it's $20 or $50, because in my mind it's the same work for the driver. Is that fair or should I do % tipping?

I would say it depends, honestly $5 if the distance is far is good no matter how big the order is, I would say if they have to drive a long distance to get to you, increase the tip to 10 or 15
