Agreed! I want 12" Corn tortillas! Hope they don't fall apart, largest I find at store is 10" La Burrita corn tortilla.

@@truecrony I started making my own. I found the secret is to let the dough rest in an air right container. And patiently roll them out

Corn tortillas are small because there’s no gluten to keep them together at larger sizes.

@@nathanielfuentes5294 to get the larger size corn tortillas I add a little flour. I know I know it's not authentic BUT they press 10" with my Victoria press

@@DiannaAtherton that’s because the gluten is gluing it together. You could use xanthan gum or another binder as well.

Flour tortillas generally need to be pressed due to the gluten. They also need to be dusted.
