This video explains electric window tint, adjustable window tint and variable window tint all in episode 2. This will be a small video series as I will do what I can to explain How the electro chromatic film, adjustable / variable window tint works. The science behind the Electric window tint. I do not know who is ready to sell their version of electric window tint or "adjustable window tint". What I do know is I have spent a good bit of time working with Elite Auto Tune, and personally prefer their variable window tint processes. That said, They also may be on a "made to order" position as the electric window tint film is difficult to work with when it comes to longevity and warranties and quality over time.
The Film here in this particular video came from a variable window tint supplier on AMAZON. I am pretty sure They are probably selling adjustable window tint on ALIBABA as well. But here is the link where i reached the company and special ordered the quantities of Electric tint I needed for my projects.

If Alibaba is like Aliexpress, then my experience is that the Chinese website protects buyers pretty well. There's an over abundance of anti-China sentiment here manufacturered by the "leader" of the "free world", and I'm going to contest its BS whenever I see potentially unwarranted claims made. And people can stop pretending that their hate stems from some kind of born-again Anti-Communist ethos. After all, Vietnam is very much Communist, and yet, I see Kamala Harris, and the US at large, having no problem arse kissing the Communists there for the "good" of the US. Please.

Just subscribed, looking for this or Non-Electric Transition tint. But...this guy is cocky and real, We need more like him with these types of vids to put out info we are looking for. I had to rewind a few times cause dude is funny.

It was very informative, I use to tint windows and install alarms for 20 yrs. I had the same concept of making the windows darken with a reostat -potentiometer. Or have the window glass made with the same materials glasses are made to adjust with the light. I was thinking of that back in the 90"s, it's good to see that Technology has made these ideas possible..

The concerning thing about this is that it is opaque when unpowered, so if there is a glitch or a power system loss then you will lose visibility which would be terrible especially on the windshield. I don't think we'll see this very commercially available until a new tech is made where the default unpowered state is clear. This would be awesome to have though for camping in a car or as a sunshade that you can turn on with your phone.

Hi can u put this on the 2 front window of 07 avalanche and if u can how much will u charge its cuz I go to Tijuana to visit my family and I can’t have front window thint or the take ur car or they make u remove the thint

Like your videos of all the info I wanted to asked you what ohm load will I get . I have 3 dual 1 ohm subs they are all wired up to 2 ohm each so if I wire them down in parallel together at 2ohm each what will i get 0.66 or ? Let me know thank you

You are correct. And at .67 with box rise and such you might be ok on a quality 1ohm amp. But understand, that is a very low ohm load. So you would def be testing that amps limits.

Yes it can stay dark, it’s energized directly from the battery so you can remotely turn it on or off while the car is off

Thanks for sharing, a silly question not sure if its covered on the video ,, does the tint keep the sun heat from entering the car ? Is it sufficient like Lumar dark tints ?Thank you
