I was very impressed with the workmanship that goes into making a multi-stranded wire. I've never seen this done before but I am glad they made this video. It is very interesting.

@@laxman9318 If the wires are not bunched(twisted), they can alter the wall thickness of the finished cable.

Very interesting multi-strand wire. Once again I get to see a manufacturing process that I had not seen before. The person doing the final winding must be careful not to get one of the wire loops caught around his neck.

This is not manufacturing and not how most wires are made. This is simply a small-scale example of wire making in a very economically backwards and primitive India.

Nice video. Can you insulate the iron poles 💈 around the railway stations and telephone exchange and poles around crowded markets as you were insulating your copper wire? May be little bit extra plastic thickness or moveable assembly that can cover the electrical poles 💈 or cemented poles. If yes, kindly meet New Delhi Railway Station Master, Patna Station Master, and other busy station masters to do this out-door project as you have plastic covering technology. Thanks.

Программа оптимизации производства к счастью не коснулась этого предприятия, все люди при деле и несмотря на кажущийся бардак, на самом деле видна чёткая организация производства и распределения обязанностей.

Ностальгия. На втором курсе в 94 году проходил практику на подобном производстве в Ижевске. Там немного получше было оборудование- участок охлаждения длиннее, экструдер не такой допотопный. В принципе всё также, только персонал не такой загорелый 😀. Собственно там на линии вроде один человек сидел. Тут нет устройства контроля целостности изоляции на выходе. И линия короткая, видимо места просто нет. Провод бы в конце линии просто на катушку наматывать сразу надо. А тут на пол идёт, а потом вручную отрезки стометровые фасуют. Молодцы ребята вообще-то, работают.
