I've had this bike for a month now and really like it. One thing I changed is the front crank from stock 44 teeth to 48 teeth. You will need to add a washer to the chainguard for clearance, also you can still use the stock chain. I may eventually go to a 46 tooth as the 48 is a bit steep. The stock 44 tooth feels like their is no pedal effort and this is with power level at lowest setting, I wanted more of a workout. One thing I noticed right away is the motor is dead quiet(compared to a hub drive) ...nice. I like the power boost you temporarily get after a shift. If your late shifting up a hill this helps a bunch. When activating the the throttle it reacts slowly at first and this is nice that way as it doesn't catch you by surprise from a dead stop. Front suspension really helps the ride. I went with a bigger seat from the get go but I'm around 225# Website says up to 50 mile range. This is something I wanted to find out as I'm a bit health challenged and want to make it back home under power. My son and I just did a relay till the battery gave out. Our loop was 1.2 miles with 90 feet of elevation changes twisty roads and 3 stop signs. Power level was always at 1 and no throttle used. Flashing lights on. We both went at a good clip . We stopped at 34.3 miles as it couldn't make it up a hill without a lot of human effort. I consider this pretty good. Bike will warn you ahead of time and reduce power towards the end of its charge which is nice. I would expect on a rail to trail or flat roads at a steady pace that one could easily achieve over 40 miles. I'm at 225# and my son is 215# so a lighter person should expect better yet. Edit update ; I did eventually switch to a 46 tooth sprocket and am very happy with this set up. One season on the bike and have encountered no problems other than a couple of minor adjustments on a couple of loose spokes. Charger recharges quite quickly which is appreciated. By using the gearing on light area hills it almost always stays in power level 1 , so plenty of reserve power on tap if needed. Hydraulic disk brakes are awesome ...no complaints. Being retired a little out of shape and with health issues this electric bike allows me to still enjoy my hobby and get some exorcise in without taxing my self.

I have the Geneva on order. What hitch style racks work for these low step bikes. The dealer is out of racks and I didn't think to ask what he recommends.

Love the mid drive motor. I would prefer to have a twist throttle on the correct (right) side...or even a thumb throttle on the right and shifter on the left.

The EG website does not list dealers and it does not let you order the bike from the site. How do you buy the bike? The site also lists the weight as 56 pounds not the 65 pounds you report. Who is correct?
