Why didn't City Power consult the consumers,they agree among themselves as big earners and implement this.This totally wrong,what happened to human rights,so we dont have a say,we just pay.They introduce this charge at the same time with their annual tariff's hikes.This is heartless,who does this?They dont even bother to prepare their customers,this is being bullied!

Electricity, l pay 100 rand for 25,6 units😢😢. It's madness!

Please explain the cost. If you are a post payment customer some has to get in a vehicle read your meter, input into a computer generate a bill. Post or email it and wait for payment. If the customer doesn't pay, you have to chase them and possible send someone out to disconnect the power, and institute legel proceeding. A pre paid customer either goes to the shop to buy power or buys online. No bill no fuss no.mess. so why should we pay the R230

The public needs protection from financial cowboys.

City power where are the power in Lyndhurst, Kew and surrounding areas??? Increases increases in tarriffs!! Why not increases in some providing of services?

The taxpayers have to bail out those who neglected water and electricity infrastructure. They should appoint people who know what they are doing and not cronies who are contracted to fix everything broken.

If this absurdity is not stopped, it's gonna spread to the rest of the country.
