When will you get Frankenstein that says all the phrases?

We received a second Frankenstein but he had the same problem. It seems like there was an error in the website listing, it stated that the animatronic had four phrases, or that the animatronic was stuck on demo mode. I'm not sure.

Yes! We thought so too. It actually mentions in the Home Depot website that he says four. We talked to Home Depot about it and they told us it only says that one phrase. We were pretty bummed about that!

I just got him too and all he says is I'm alive. I'm going to try to call customer service what did they say to you?

We thought that he said more because in the trailer he says "Trick or Treaters Beware" but it turns out that he only says I'm alive. Pretty big dissapointment there. At least he still looks cool.

I think you might have to turn it to sensor mode because my reaper only says half of the phrases and when I turn him on sensor mode he says the entire phrase
