i really hope they remake the MIG-60. the secret got out bout how great they are and now they're harder to find and the prices have basically doubled in the past few years. a remake with a reliable transformer and an FX loop would be absolutely incredible.

I miss my old Mig 100H.....one time I fully cranked it (had to put the amp in the basement and I played upstairs), but the saturation and "chug" was insane just plugging straight into the amp (Ibanez s470 w/ EMG 85 pickups). That thing had balls, just needed a stadium to play it in.

Ah goood! Yall were long overdue for a proper demo of this amp. Most of whats on KZfaq is poorly done and the namm demo you guys have up from some years back just doesn't do it justice. I expect you'll sell a bunch more of these now. I own one and its LOUD. the saturated tones are stage volume and I rarely turn it up past 2. Excellent for pedals. Im running mine into a Sunn 2x15 bass cab at the moment

it's such a good idea to put 5881 rather than 6L6 in this amp the clipping is just wonderful and that's the amongst the most transparent amp I ever head.

Had one of these stolen from my rehearsal space and have missed playing through it ever since. Killer pedal platform amp, and if you don't have noise restrictions then it can get great overdrive tones at loud volumes.

I noticed the MKII has been released. I was wondering what you guys meant in the MKII's manual about the bright channel being "overhauled" as well as the tone stack? What would the differences be between the MKI and MKII and how different do they sound from one another? I was also curious as to why you guys decided to start use two Tung Sol 12AX7 and then a Mullard in V1 instead of three Tung Sols like the MKI.

At 1:55 the volume is all the way down. Is this really how clean the amp can get? Cause it's pretty broken up.

Had I not stuck around to hear this amp with the Les Paul, I would never purchased this amp. Wow what a difference with the Les Paul !! It's a great old school amp...Categorically, it reminds me of my small box Marshall "plexi" The external bias is nice.

Any plans for the other sovtek models? The mig 60 was popular and had its own thing...I had the mig50 high output head with rare yellow faceplate and that was a beast. A lot of metal bands used the mig100h, crazy loud!
