Hi Alec Thanks for the suggestions re. power head not working. My problem was in the power head with one of the connecting pins having a broken connecting wire. Your description of how to split the casing apart was a big help and I was able to solder the wire in place.

Hi Alec, thanks for your vids, they're very informative. I have this vacuum and wondering if there's away I can replace the central "cone" thingee inside the "Air-Chamber". I'm sorry for the non accurate terms but it's the cone with the metal mesh around it inside the vacuum where the dust/dirt come through to the dust cannister. Appreciate your time. thanks.

How do you remove the wheels I can see two screws underneath the wheels and I need to take apart so I can fit a new casing on the bottom.
