Professor Organic Chemistry Tutor ,thank you for another awesome video/lecture on Electron Configuration With Noble Gas in AP/General Chemistry. Writing the Electron Configuration of an element using Noble Gas is a simple process, however the correct Noble Gas must be applied in order to arrive at the final solution. I'm so grateful for this channel. It got me through an intermediate algebra class, and now it's getting me through chemistry! I think on Cadmium it will be. [Kr] 4d10 5s2. Because 4th energy level first before 5th energy level.

I hope to help.. I distributed the platinum element and I know that it is in group 10 with nickel and palladium, and they end with d8, and I distributed on the basis of that, but when I came to make sure, I found that it was d9! But I know that the element does not have d9 because it becomes unstable I feel confused T~T
