Electronic Car Wash Project: Ryko SoftGloss MAXX with color WAVE

My electronic project of Ryko CleanTouch car wash rollover system, SoftGloss MAXX equipped with color WAVE. The foam brite brushes have three different types of rainbows:
1. Classic Rainbow: red, green, yellow, blue, orange, and purple
2. Tropical Rainbow: pink, light green, and light blue
3. Neutral Rainbow: black, gray, and white
The color WAVE LEDs are red, green, yellow, blue, orange, and purple.
The wash package demonstrated here is the top wash package, Platinum Wash featuring color WAVE.

That's really cool, my friend just got a 3D printer and makes the brushes out of used ponchos and the whole machine out of plastic and components to make it a working system like yours, either way very nice job friend,

+pool lines I'm pool lines friend, I made one using a 3D printer, but, I disassembled it before he could film it because it was having a weight problem, it would constantly tip over due to the heaviness of the tip brush, so there is no video on it, however I'm working on a laserwash4000

How did you make thos brushes

I bought those cloth in Wal-Mart. I first cut the cloths to make rectangular strips of cloth. Second, I cut about three quarters of three line on the cloth strips. Third, I vertically fold the strips, put hot glue on the top of the strips that is not cut, and then put them on paper. Last, once all the cloth strips are put on the paper, I put hot glue on the side of the paper not covered with cloths and then I roll the paper covered with cut cloths onto the cardboard cylinder that was used for toilet paper. Prior to making the brushes, I collect the cardboard cylinders that ran out of toilet papers and then I cut them to roll them into the right diameter that the K'NEX piece can fit into. The spinning part on the motor is inserted into the K'NEX piece that is inserted into the cylinder.

If you are interested, build it with Lego blocks and study the basics of electronics. Remember, connect a resistor between the battery and the LED to slow down the electric current. Fast currents can burn out any electronic components.
