Dear people born after 2000, listen me out. I'm a keyboardist and He's the man who's music has inspired me to come into electronic music, Needless to say Viju Shah ji is the man who introduced the Synthesizer Music production into Indian music scene. Keyboardists know that today what we create on synths, samplers, patches, etc , he did it all way back 30 yrs!!

This man had profound impact on my childhood. I remember those years when we had cassettes only. Tridev, Vishwatma, Mohra, Gupt, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat - these were all over my room day in day out. Unimaginable on how Viju Shah was way ahead of his time and left an everlasting impact on 90s kids. Thanks a ton for the interview.

Nice interview. It was through Viju Shah, I got to listen to a change in the way music is composed in Hindi Film music before A R Rahman stormed into the scene. Though most of his hit songs were plagiarised versions, he made them solid compositions and they sounded unique. The anchor Rhythm Dutta being very diplomatic, he did not dig into Viju Shah's copyright violations. But still I believe he can deliver in this era. Sad he is not doing new music.
