It most likely fell or was bumped and so it reset itself the password is probably 0000 and you might have to put it back to what you set it too

Take the batteries out and put them back in or just hit the bottom of it where the batteries are out really hard and it'll reset the password will be 0000 again

You have to take out the batteries and leave it for about 1-5 minutes and then put it back again and the password will be 0000. Or you have to strongly turn the knob clockwise.
