Cause this genre has a mix of disco, and disco songs are always so damn long and memorable. Along with the speed of a song. Which is another trigger factor. To the chosen notes and flats, bringing it out certain emotions out in everyone, feeling similar and familiarity. You've also prolly heard the notes elsewhere = nostalgia. I gotta mention- And or a memory unlocked whether you experienced it yourself or not (forgot the word for that phrase.)
