Back when I purchased my first house; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

If anything,, i think it'll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't halfway rip the band-aid off.

Home prices will come down sooner or later, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets

Disappointed that the owner's suite is so small for a house that size. It's a beautiful home, but I would want a larger owner's suite. I love the layout of the floorplan.

I love that floorplan. The upstairs catwalk open to below is really stunning. I-30 is a disaster, however. There is so much development out East that way and only one undersized freeway to access it all so that commute is hell on wheels. I like living in Plano and being completely surrounded with freeways and turnpikes and HOV express lanes. I can get all over DFW in about 30 minutes. Rockwall is one way in and one way out.

Outside view is a complete hodge podge of different styles stuck on one building. (at 0:03 into the video). Was there a sale at the builders providers and you bought a mix of stock clearance products? Pointed roof pieces on the left. Flat roof dormer on the right. Windows on left are different size and shape to those on the right. Colours mixed up too. Wierd mix of styles and finishes.

Mud Room, Utility Room. Attached Garage? Anything except “look a kitchen”. How about some actual construction stats? Hows it built? All 2x6 walls, Zip, air sealing strategy, insulation (you could have pulled down the attic ladder and seen the roofline), how many aides masonry? What type if aiding and trim? Post tension foundation? HERS rating, Seer Rating on mechanicals, dowble pane / triple pane? What was the flooring ???? Tile or LVP? Golly Buddy, there is more to walking model homes than “lipstick”. All models are presented by professional designers, we want to know if they are dog shit underneath the lipstick.
